In an effort to move this blog in a new direction, I've decided to start highlighting some of the buildings and sublease properties that I represent. As everyone knows, Facebook is rapidly growing throughout the world. In New York, Facebook has a relatively small presence as compared to its headquarters in Palo Alto. Nonetheless, the New York sales team outgrew its old space in 551 Fifth Avenue. Our team at Grubb & Ellis had the privilege of moving them into new space more than twice the size on Madison Ave., and we're now subleasing their old space through the remainder of the term.
